Transportation
New Mexico State University is located about 1 mile from the intersection of I-10 and I-25. Driving times from several major centers are as follows: Albuquerque 3 hours, Tucson 4 hours, Phoenix 5.5 hours, Denver 9 hours, Dallas 10 hours, Los Angeles 11 hours. The closest major airport is El Paso Texas International Airport, which is 50 miles from NMSU. The airport recently had major renovations and has very good facilities and with relatively quick times for security. It is served by major airlines such as American, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, United, and others. Options for transit between the airport and local area hotels are shuttles and renting a car.
Lodging
There are many hotels within walking distance of the conference location. All hotels offer free parking. There will be free parking available on campus very close to the conference site (within 0.2 miles).

- Comfort Suites and Sleep Inn are adjacent hotels managed by the same group (less than a mile to the conference location). The approximate rates are at most $85 per night plus tax.
